I'm sitting in an airy warehouse in Red Hook Brooklyn filled with plush white beach-house furniture, rustic chandeliers, and freshly cut dogwood branches. The space is an old converted ice cream factory used for weddings and other events but will soon be transformed into a charming ballroom for a new immersive show, Debutaunt.
